Refund and Returns

At Plentayo, we want you to fall in love with your coffee experience. But if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make it right.


30-Day Return Guarantee

You may return any eligible coffee machine within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and not damaged

  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included

  • You must contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization before shipping the product back

⚠️ Please Note: Custom orders or products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.


🔄 How to Request a Return

To begin a return, simply:

  1. Email us at contact@plentayo.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our support team will reply with return instructions and a Return Authorization

  3. Carefully repackage the product and send it back to the return address provided

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, damaged machine), we will cover return shipping.

  • If you’re returning due to personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you via email whether your return was approved or rejected

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Any original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return was due to our mistake


🔧 Damaged or Defective Coffee Machines

If your coffee machine arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery at contact@plentayo.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement part, a full replacement, or a refund—whichever best resolves the issue quickly and fairly
