Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, with all tags, protective films, and accessories intact.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that Plentayo LLC does not sell digital products, subscriptions, or age-restricted items, nor do we offer gift cards. Therefore, these categories are not applicable to our return policy. Due to the nature of our products (watches), any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present at the time of shipment will not be eligible for a return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Shipping
Plentayo LLC is pleased to cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send back your eligible item.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification to confirm its arrival and the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, Amex; Stripe; PayPal) within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund, along with a prepaid return label for the incorrect or damaged item.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our order processing time is typically 1-2 business days. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned following our standard return policy.
