We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

At Plentayo LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our watches and accessories. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging, with all tags, protective films, and accessories intact.
Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that Plentayo LLC does not sell digital products, subscriptions, or age-restricted items, nor do we offer gift cards. Therefore, these categories are not applicable to our return policy. Due to the nature of our products (watches), any item that shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage not present at the time of shipment will not be eligible for a return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
